When I feel like I ate something junky, I like to flush it out with this tea. I Just had instant noodles for lunch and I feel icky right now so I made this tea. I call it the jujube gogi berry ginger tea. Just simply throw jujube (red dates), gogi berries, and sliced ginger in a pot of boiling water and let the flavors meld. The dates give the flavor a pinch of sweetness, but I added brown sugar to up the sweetness. This tea is caffeine-free of course and it's the perfect beverage to consume for pregnancy and postpartum. Forget those instant pregnancy teas and go make this for yourself!
